Family Service has been the city’s leading agency for personal and family transformation. We guide and strengthen individuals and families to transcend the challenges of poverty, debt, abuse, depression, powerlessness, broken relationships and other obstacles to success in life.
Our Journeys of Transformation luncheon series focuses on key transformations throughout the city, and will promote and celebrate Family Service’s transformation of lives, families, and of course, the transformation of neighborhoods and the impact on community. Your support will help ensure services for almost 100,000 vulnerable children, and struggling families and individuals annually.
TRANSFORMING A CULTURE: BREAKING THE CYCLE OF BULLYING
April 18, 2017 11:30AM – 1:00PM
Omni at the Colonnade
Featuring: Barbara Coloroso, renowned author and internationally recognized speaker and consultant on parenting, teaching, school discipline, positive school climate, bullying, grieving, nonviolent conflict resolution and restorative justice. All proceeds from Journeys of Transformation luncheon series will allow Family Service & the Neighborhood Place to continue offering quality services to families that depend on us. For every dollar raised, YOU will be helping a child heal from abuse, keeping a teen in school, strengthening a family in transition, or helping a senior preserve their independence. We hope we can count on YOU at this exciting event. See included Sponsorship Opportunities.
